This is not your average personal training. There are limited spots available for what should be looked at more than just personal training but rather self optimization with an individual focus on your current ability, experience and goals. We will address whatever past injuries you may have as I have years of experience helping people rehab from injuries and attaining their physical goals. I believe in making sure you are fully capable of using your body for all of the activities and adventures that life may bring. This often starts with addressing muscle imbalances, muscle tightness, weakness or limitations and then building a foundation of mobility and symmetry. Then we add strength and endurance and skill. Through my experiences and education I believe in and have learned from the following (and more); Bodyweight training, Kettle Bell training, Olympic Lifting, Functional Training, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Kinesio taping, Endurance training, TABATA, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Mobility, and Ergonomics, ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)
I also believe that everyone is different and some things work great for some people and not so much for others. Everyone I work with has a specific program that is made uniquely for them to focus on their goals and addressing their personal strengths and weaknesses.
